Our desktop support service enables a technician to be on your desktop, seeing what you see, only moments after your call.

No taking off of work and scheduling appointments. No indefinitely waiting on hold to speak to someone for whom English is a second language. No frustrating attempts to describe problems or relay cryptic error messages. Just sit back, while a technician promptly solves your issue while you wait.

To facilitate this remote connection, a light-weight application must be installed on the intended computer.

All computers that have had their operating system installed by Antioch Technologies since 2005 have this application pre-installed. All others may have the application installed for a very modest fee.

Support is billed on an hourly basis.
