Communication Protocol

Unless a voice conversation is initiated by our personnel, vendors are required to restrict their communication to us to e-mail channels only.

In order to provide our clientele with the utmost of service, our voice lines are answered by a single member of our staff: the owner. While our clientele are encouraged to also use e-mail channels when possible, it is absolutely required that our vendors do so in order to keep our lines open for our clientele. Further, conversations with our clientele, and work on their projects, will not be interrupted for a phone call from one of our vendors.

We ask that you understand that our clientele comes first and hope that your organization feels the same way. Vendors who cannot comply will be replaced.
